Unlike traditional three-turntable models, the RD-12/22-100B simplifies the process with a dual-turntable system. It separately processes the cup bottom and top curling, effectively reducing the stroke length of moving parts. This enables the machine to operate smoothly at 80–100 pcs/min, while improving product consistency and reducing mechanical wear.

With no chain drive, this machine uses a fully enclosed automatic oil lubrication system to minimize maintenance and ensure long-term reliability. Its servo-controlled feeding, PLC centralized control, and photoelectric detection system help achieve high forming precision and low defect rates, especially beneficial for tall cups and deep bowls.
