The RD-XLF-SF adopts a bench-type layout that separates the forming unit from the transmission system. The transmission components are installed below the worktable and include a longitudinal shaft drive, cylindrical indexing cam, and gear transmission. These parts operate with automatic shower lubrication to extend machine life and reduce wear.

Controlled by a reliable PLC system, the entire production process is monitored by photoelectric sensors for real-time fault detection and improved safety. The bottom paper feeding system is servo-driven, ensuring stable and accurate material handling. A visual inspection system is available as an option to automatically remove defective bowls.
